Usage
Usage is measured in call-minutes. A 4-minute inbound call counts as 4 minutes. Outbound campaign calls also count against the same pool. Voicemails and missed connections don't count.
What about the human handoff?
If the handoff is to your own team, no extra cost. If it's to a Redial agent, you're billed per agent-minute (rate visible in the dashboard, varies by plan and region).
Going over the cap
Two configurable modes:
- Soft cap (default). Calls continue, overage charged at the published per-minute rate. You get an email at 80% and 100% of cap.
- Hard cap. Calls past the cap go to voicemail with a recorded message. Useful if you want a hard ceiling on monthly spend.
Annual billing
Pay annually for ~17% off the monthly price (two months free). Switch in the billing dashboard at any renewal.
