What counts as an AI talk minute?
Time the AI is actively speaking or listening on a call. Hold time and silence don't count. Overage is billed at $0.06/min, prorated to the second.
What if I go over my plan?
Calls keep flowing — they don't drop. You're billed for overage at the end of the month. We notify you at 80% and 100% so there are no surprises.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade and we credit the unused days. Downgrade and it applies at the next renewal.
What does 'human handoff hours' mean?
Time a Redial agent spends live on your customer calls. You can also bring your own agents (e.g. your existing front desk) and pay only for AI minutes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on Growth, no card. Starter has a free tier with 50 minutes/mo, forever.
Are there setup fees?
