Which PMS systems integrate?
Dentrix, Open Dental, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, Practice Fusion, Kareo out of the box. Others via custom integration — typically a week.
Can the AI discuss test results or symptoms?
Configurable. By default the persona triages anything clinical to a staff member. You can authorise specific scripted responses (e.g. "results are ready, please call back during business hours").
How do recall and reactivation work?
Drop a list of due/overdue patients into IzzyOps. It calls them on a schedule you set, books recalls, and reports the funnel. Stops calling when booked.
What about insurance verification?
Real-time eligibility via Change Healthcare and Availity for most plans. Caller hears their copay/coverage before they confirm.
Is the voice recognisable as AI?
